Whether you’re planning a birthday, bridal shower, baby sprinkle, team brunch, or just a sweet afternoon with friends, The Southern Tea Room offers an unforgettable experience inside Fork of the South at The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee.
Step inside our beautiful space, where every detail—from vintage teacups to tiered treats—is steeped in Southern charm.


Private Tea Party Experience
Perfect for those looking for a private room, personalized service, and a curated high tea menu.

  • Flat Rate: $1,400 (plus tax and gratuity)

  • Seats Up To: 28 guests

  • Duration: 75-minute experience

  • Available Times: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PM

  • Menu Includes:

  • Soup and salad

  • Pastry tier (3 handmade pastries)

  • Savory tier (4 sandwiches or bites)

  • Sweet tier (3 signature desserts)

  • Optional Add-Ons: Mimosas, prosecco, Bellinis, mocktails, or tipsy tea pots

  • Need More time?: We can add on an hour before the 11:00 am seating or after the 3:00 pm seating for $250

From first sip to final bite, your guests will be treated to a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Southern celebration.


Hosting a Large Group (Non-Private)

Not looking for a private room but still bringing a crowd? We’re happy to welcome parties of 7 or more during our regular tea service.

  • Adults (ages 11+): $50 per person

  • Children (under 11): $30 per person

  • Includes: Full high tea service with soup, salad, and all three tiers (pastries, savories, and sweets)

  • Seating Times: 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, or 3:30 PM — subject to availability and party size

  • Note: Seating is within our main tea room and not private, but the experience is every bit as special.
