Founded in Nashville, Olive & Sinclair was created with a simple mission: make chocolate the way it used to be made — slow, small-batch, and with unwavering attention to detail. From roasting and stone-grinding to aging and molding, every step happens under one roof, ensuring exceptional quality and flavors that feel both nostalgic and new.

Our signature style blends old-world chocolate-making with Southern flavors, resulting in beloved favorites like our Sea Salt, Bourbon Nib Brittle, Duck Fat Caramels, and iconic buttermilk white chocolate bars.
